SUREPLAY is an impact absorbing surfacing for childrens play areas which has been developed by Sports Technology International using experience gained in the production and installation of polymeric surfaces for soft-fall and multi-sport areas.
The system is a wet pour, insitu surface, which can be laid onto any size or shaped areas, including around existing play equipment. Sureplay can be installed to have a seamless finish throughout. SUREPLAY is available in porous and non-porous options to suit customer requirements.
The system consists of a variable depth bulk layer of black rubber topped with 5-8mm nominal thickness of
bound rubber crumb.

There is a wide variety of colours to choose from, including EPDM multi-coloured. Also, now available are custom-designed inlaid patterns to suit all our customer requirements.
SUREPLAY (porous) has been tested by the British Standards Institute (EU) in accordance with the five test methods given in BS7188 Methods of Testing Impact Absorbing Playground Surfaces for critical fall height (CFH), durability, slip resistance, flammability and resistance to indentation. Additional tests have also been carried out for elongation and tensile strength. Results show that Sureplay satisfies the requirements of BS5696 Play equipment intended for permanent installation outdoors, Part 3 and that of USA-ASTM.
